Raised on Tatooine by single-mother Shmi Skywalker, Anakin Skywalker was discovered by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, who thought him to be the Chosen One. Qui-Gon and his padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi agreed to take him in to the Jedi Order. When Qui-Gon was killed by Sith Darth Maul, Obi-Wan Kenobi took Anakin as his own and the two developed a fast relationship. As Anakin advanced in age, it became clear that he did posess a very strong connection with the force. Both he and Obi-Wan fought during the Battle of Geonosis, and later in the Clone Wars.

Season 1[]

Just before the Hutt Skirmish, and the Battle of Christophsis, Anakin and Obi-Wan were sent to Christohpsis to help aide its people against the Separatist droid legions. The droids split up into two columns and ambushed the Jedi, but Anakin and his troops us cables to slide from the North to the South tower. Clone Trooper Gus manages to yank off the cranium of a Tactical Droid, as they retreat into a Republic Gunship, hoping to find out the Separatist's plans with the information stored in the severed head. The Jedi leave Rex and Cody in the analysis room in order to prevent anyone from learning of the Jedi's mission. Anakin and Obi-Wan then race through the Christophsis streets on BARC speeders, knowingly into a Separatist trap. In a nearby Christophsis residence, they are met by Asajj Ventress, whom engages them in a lightsaber duel. Ventress hurls debris at the Jedi, and even manages to trap them in a pit. She runs to a nearby balcony persued by Kenobi and Skywalker, only to witness an entire Separatist army landing on the crystal planet. Asajj jumps onto the ground below, greeting General Whorm Loathsome and his army. The two Jedi return, and learn that Clone Trooper Slick had betrayed the Republic for freedom. Cody reports that most of the weapons depot was destroyed, leaving only the heavy cannons, which would later be used against Loathsome's army.

Now officially a Jedi Knight, Anakin was forced to take on his first padawan Ahsoka Tano, a young Togruta Jedi. The two immediantly developed a grudge against each other, Anakin calling Ahsoka "Snips" Who in turn called him "Skyguy".

Anakin and Ahsoka

Their relationship was rough, but smoothed out as Anakin got used to her presence. When Jabba the Hutt's son, Rotta the Huttlet went missing, Anakin and his new padawan were tasked with bringing the huttlet safely back to his father, crimelord Jabba. They gained control of Rotta on Teth after narrowly escaping Asajj Ventress and left for Tatooine on the Twilight. This was hard for Anakin, as Tatooine was where his mother was murdured by Tusken Raiders.

Both Jedi were seperated, as Anakin was forced to confront Count Dooku. He told Ahsoka to continue to Jabba The Hutt's Palace, where she was intercepted by Magna Guards. As Anakin fought Dooku, the Sith attempted to kill Rotta, who he thought was in Anakin's backpack, several times, while taunting him. Dooku eventually succeeded only to find that the backpack was only full of rocks and that Anakin was only stalling to give Ahsoka time to safely return Jabba's son. She succeeded, making an allegiance with the Hutts.

Soon afterwards in the Clone Wars, after Plo Koon located the Separatists secret weapon in the Abregado system, he contacts Anakin, who tells him that there is little he can do as he was ordered to protect the staging area by the Jedi Council. General Grievous quickly uses his new weapon to bring down several Republic Attack Cruisers forcing Plo to retreat via Escape Pod.

Anakin confronts the Council who tell him to scout for survivors in the Abredago System. Anakin and Ahsoka arrive just in time to save Plo and his clones from the ''droch''-class boarding ship. They take refuge in the Twilight, before General Grievous attempts to blast them with an ion cannon from which they barely escape in a Hyperspace jump.

After the Malevolence attacks several more Jedi fleet cruisers, Anakin decides to strike back, though Kel Dor Jedi Plo Koon and Ahsoka argue its to aggressive. The Jedi soon find out that the Malevolence's next target is Kaliida Shoals Medical Center. Plo, Anakin and Ahsoka leave with a squadron of Y-Wing Fighters and take the Balmorra Run. They arrive at the Medical Center just as the Malevolence arrives, and Anakin looses over half his squadron in the ion cannon blast. After the Malevolence is damaged, Anakin still mourns the loss of the squadron.

When Padme Amidala is captured by the Malevolence, Anakin and Obi-Wan Kenobi go in to save her immediately. After a daring rescue mission, they all make it back to the Twilight safely leaving the Malevolence to be destroyed.

Later in the Clone Wars, Anakin leads Gold Squadron in an assault against General Grievous over the Bothawui system. After his Starfighter is severely hit, and he is knocked out. After waking up aboard the Resolute he finds that his Astromech Droid R2-D2 is gone. To serve as a replacement droid, an R3-S6 nicknamed "Goldie" by Ahsoka is delivered to Anakin. Because his determination to find the droid, who he is strongly attached to, Anakin, Goldie and Ahsoka arrive at an old run down freighter owned by overweight Trandoshan Gha Nachkt in hopes of finding the droid.

He tells them that he is not in possession of an Astromech but allows them to search anyway. The three suddenly encounter several IG-86 units that are activated by Goldie on accident, which after some time are dispatched of. They again encounter Gha, who is angry because of his destroyed droids. Ahsoka and Anakin decide that Artoo is not aboard Gha nachkt's ship and leave, not aware that the droid actually was there, but held with a restraining bolt, and that Gha is in league with General Grievous.

Thinking Grievous has a listening post somewhere, Anakin decides to go scouting, accompanied by R3. Aboard the Twilight, R3 "accidentally" switches on the tracking device giving off their position to Grievous, detaches them from the Hyperspace Ring, failing to cut the engines when Anakin tells him to, and disabling the blaster cannons. Luckily, Anakin is saved by Ahsoka and Captain Rex.

Artoo transmits the location of Grievous' listening post on the Ruusan Moon. Despite Obi-Wan's orders, Anakin leads a rescue team in to find Artoo. As they arrive at the station, Anakin separates from Ahsoka and the clones to look for his droid. He finds Artoo being transported away by several Magna Guards whom he quickly dispatches of. Rex later contacts him telling him that Ahsoka was facing off against Grievous. Alarmed, Anakin quickly rushes out to help her but is intercepted by Goldie who locks all the hangar doors, concluding that he is a Separatist spy. He than activates several Vulture Droids. Ahsoka rejoins the team, helping out with the droids. They all pack into the Twilight and escape while the station self-destructs, while Anakin picks up Artoo in a joyful reunion.

Soon after the Skirmish at Vanqor, Anakin hatched a plan to allow himself to be captured as prisinor aboard Dooku's Munificent-Class Star Frigate. He docked in the hangar and fought off a couple of Battle Droids to make his capture look less forced. Obi-Wan Kenobi then entered the ship as well, to release him and help on the attack against Count Doku. The two Jedi ambushed the Count, who managed to escape on his Solar Sailor. The Jedi followed him, witnessing him crashing down on a nearby planet after being directly hit by some blaster fire. After a Droid Fighter hailed Kenobi and Skywalker with blaster fire as well, they were to forced to land on the planet.

After crashing on the surface and finding Dooku's wrecked shuttle, but with no trace of Dooku, they decided to search a nearby cave. Dooku suprise attacked them by collapsing the ceiling, burying both Jedi and causing Anakin to loose his Lightsaber which Dooku then retrieved. As the Anakin and Obi-Wan woke up, they immediately tried to break out of the sealed entrance. They accidenlty roused a Female Gundark from its sleep, and the beast attacked Anakin. Finally subduing the Gundark, they accidentally triggered a poison gas explosion and were barely alive when Anakin's padawan Ahsoka Tano rescued them.

After learning of the jedi's dilemma, the Jedi Council instructed Anakin and Obi-Wan to meet with the pirates that had captured Dooku to make sure that they really had the Coape unt in custody. They met with the Weequay Pirates, and were arranged a meeting with Dooku in his cell. Anakin and Obi-Wan mocked Dooku for his unfortunate position, while Dooku told them that they would be joining him soon. When they finished with Dooku, they were invited to a Weequay banquet. After informing the Council of Dooku's whereabouts, they joined Hondo Ohnaka at the banquet and were eventually drugged.

After being drugged and tricked, the Jedi wake up in a prison cell shared with Count Dooku, and also that the three of them are chained up. Having to work together, they escape their cell, but are caught and brought back. Annoyed of the Jedi's excessive escape attempts, Hondo tortures Anakin and Obi-Wan with electricity.

After the electricity is momentarily faulty, they take their chance, finally managing to escape along with Dooku, who kills Turk Falso. They go their separate ways, the Jedi warning now loyal Hondo of Dooku's reputation before leaving.

Anakin and Ahsoka were soon sent to assist Jedi Knight Aayla Secura , who's ship was under heavy Separatist fire. They dispatch of many Rocket Droids which were infesting Aayla's ship. After a rendezvous with Secura, the three Jedi fight on against the droids, but are forced to run when a large explosion erupts from the bowels of the ship and heads their way. Anakin, unable to make it to safety in time, was caught in the explosion and seriously injured. Aayla and Ahsoka quickly recovered Skywalker's unconscious body and retreated aboard a Jedi cruiser just as the ship was destroyed.

The Jedi were forced to crash land on Maridun, where Aayla, Ahsoka headed off to find help from natives, while Anakin and Rex stayed behind. The two were later attacked by several Mastif Phalones, and were able to hold them off for a short while before Ahsoka arrived with help. Anakin was taken back to the Lurmen village, where his wounds were treated by Wag Too. As the stranded Jedi still await Republic aide, Separatist commander Lok Durd unexpectedly arrived on the planet, aiming on using his new super weapon, Defoliator on the Lurmen. The Jedi hid from Durd when he ransacked the village, in order to avoid battle and putting the Lurmens in danger. The isolated Jedi, and a now healing Anakin, surveyed Lok Durd's droid army, later learning of his and Dooku'd plans.

They pleaded Tee Watt Kaa to let his village fight for freedom, who denied their request. They decided to set up shields around the village momentarily protecting them from Lok Durd's army. But they were forced to act when the droids penetrated the sheilds, and eventually succeeded, driving away the army. The Republic finally arrived, and Tee Watt Kaa heartily agreed to the assumption of Jedi as peace keepers.

Later on Orto Plutonia, Anakin and Obi-Wan were sent to investigate the sudden disappearance of a clone base. They explored the deserted base, along with Pantoran senator Riyo Chuchi and Chairman Chi Cho. After concluding that the clones were not attacked by droids after finding spears littering the area, Anakin and Obi-Wan head to a nearby canyon where they discover the Talz, and the two assure the natives of their well-being and peace. The Talz make an agreement to be at peace with Pantora at Kenobi and Anakin's request.

Anakin and Obi-Wan negociate with the Talz.

They deliver the news to Chi Cho, who refuses the offer, purposely declaring war. They were forced to engage in battle with the Talz. Chi Cho was seriously injured with a spear to the back, and assures that killing the Talz would have been good for his people, before dying. Anakin persuaded Senator Chuchi to give a speach to the Talz and their leader Thi-Sen. Chuchi does so, and the Talz accept, confirming peace at last, and Pantora remained nuetral with Orto Plutonia.

Later in the war, Naboo Senator Padme Amidala suggested Anakin and Obi-Wan to assist her, to which Yoda concurs. After Amidala went off to investigate the laboratory of evil scientist Nuvo Vindi, and was captured, Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka were sent to aide the senator, and they meet up with Gungan native Peppi Bow, who goes with Ahsoka to investigate and locate Vindi's location. Captain Typho then breifs Anakin and Obi-Wan, showing them a holographic record of Nuvo Vindi plotting the release the Blue Shadow Virus. With a geo-scan of the coordinates of Padme's location, revealing a large underground laboratory bearing three entry points. As night falls, Anakin receives a message from Ahsoka, who tells him that there is still no sign of the senator. Obi-Wan orders Ahsoka to detonate a bomb at the south end of th facility, allowing Anakin and Obi-Wan to enter through the hatches.

Anakin focuses on the doctor, while Obi-Wan focuses on the virus bombs. Anakin finds Padme and Jar Jar Binks shackled to an electric terminal. Dr. Vindi warns Anakin not to take action, or he will electrocute Amidala and Binks. Anakin is forced to drop his weapons, as well as his clone troopers. Tricking Anakin, Vindi flips on the switch to the electric terminal, and makes a run for it leaving the Gungan and the senator to burn. Anakin destroys the surrounding droids and frees them, embracing Padme. Anakin then orders Ahsoka to search for a wayward bomb. Padme thinks that the bomb is with Vindi's assistant droid, and the team splits up to find it. Anakin and Obi-Wan pursue Nuvo Vindi, cutting their way through the hangar doors, and encounter him on a platform about to escape on his ship. The platform moves up, above ground, where Vindi is attacked by Peppi Bow, who tackles him to the ground. Vindi laughs at the Jedi as he waits for an explosion, thinking the Clones hadn't deactivated all of the bombs. When there is no exploson, the Jedi conclude that all the bombs were deactivated.

The Jedi escort the cuffed Vindi onto a shuttle, while Padme discovers below that one of the Bomb vials is missing, and she switches on red alert. Upon hearing this, Dr. Vindi laughs and tells the Jedi that their actions were in vain. Angered, Anakin holds Vindi at lightsaber point, demanding a cure for the virus. Vindi refuses, pressuring Anakin t kill him, but he does not.

Anakin threatens Nuvo Vindi.

They arrive at Theed, where Captain Typho informs them of a cure: a plant called a Reeksa Root, that can only be found on Iego. Anakin and Obi-Wan take the Twilight to Iego, encountering a feild of broken dow ships and dead bodies, before landing on the planet's surface. They find a battalion of Battle Droids and Anakin mindlessly chops them down. One of the droids introduces the Jedi to Jaybo Hood, a ten year old boy who had reprogrammed to droids to follow his orders. Jaybo informs the Jedi that they cannot leave because the ghost of Drol prevents it.

Anakin and Obi-Wan then scale the side of a cliff, in hope to locate the Reeksa Root. They grab hold of a Xandu, and float down to the bottom. They retrieve the root, but are attacked by a carnivorous plant, and they barely make it out alive. They then accompany Jaybo to an Iego civilian meeting, where Amit Knoloff presents the Jedi with a holorecording of a Rodian named Taquito, who's ship was blown up when he tried to leave the planet, proving of Drol's existence, although Anakin and Obi-Wan are skeptical. Not convinced, the Jedi fly the Twilight back outside the planet, and discover that what was keeping beings from leaving was not a ghost, but rather a Separatist security system.

As they get bak to the planet surface, Anakin receives a transmission from Ahsoka and Padme, and they tell him that the virus is contained, but they will not make it. Anakin panics, and quickly begins to form a plan for escape. Back on Iego, the Jedi inform the civilians of this, but Noloff refuses to believe them. An Angel then appears to the Jedi, telling them that the Separatists drove them from their home of Millius Prime. Jaybo donates several of his vulture droids, equipped with a remote control, to aide the Jedi in their plan. They again leave the surface of Iego, and opens fire to the primary node near Millius Prime. Its explosion causes a chain reaction, freeing the people of Iego at last. They arrive back on Naboo, and retrieve Ahsoka, Padme and a few clones on medical beds ready to be cured. Anakin is clearly relieved on Padme's survival.
